well, we thought with all the covid 19 lockdown, a lot of people may have upskille.
but, boy were we wrong... back to the gym... and back to a crap warm ups designed by the worst trainers... who dont care.... yep. they dont.
we also talk through a few more things that might need a rethink, even if the new PT standards are coming
