but we spend out time talking about the big things.
what is a pudding? Can you have a fizzy drink with breakfast? what constitutes a burger?
lastly some actually fitness advice.
different anatomies will lead to different exercise techniques. and the sooner trainers realise this the better!

so we are allowed to leave the house for essential shopping, key worker work and one bit of exercise a day.
we tackle some performance goals and parameters people can use to test their bodyweight strength. also a little look at changing your macros and habits to increase satiety with less NEAT and general walking about
